Trade and delivery terms
By purchasing on our website Room58.dk you automatically accept our terms and conditions. We always strive to ship our products as soon as possible and usually we ship the products within 1-4 days after registration of your payment.
You can also choose to pick up your item in our store in Bredgade 4, 1260 Copenhagen.
Cancellation
If you regret your purchase you have a 14 days return, which starts the day you receive the goods. When the 14-day period has expired you must have informed us of the cancellation of the purchase. This announcement must be made by mail. Then you have a period of 14 days to return the item.
When we have received and accepted the return, we will as soon as possible repay the amount or replace the goods.
Should you choose to use your right of cancellation we will refund the full amount of the purchased item. In connection with the return of the product we require however that the customer will cover any shipping costs.
Room 58 is not responsible for the returned item before it is received so we recommend that you insure the goods before shipment.
If you should discover an error on the product, or the product does not match your order, please contact us by mail.
We reserve the right to assess a possible impairment of the product if the returned goods have been taken into use.
Warranty
All items you purchase from Room58.dk are covered by the Sale of Goods Act 2 year warranty. If you want to complain about a product we encourage you to contact us by mail.
When we have received your complaint we will take care of it as soon as possible. Based on your attached pictures we will assess whether the claim is based on manufacturing or material defects or whether it is normal wear and tear. If we choose to assess the claim as justified we will either offer replacement parts, repair or replacement.
We reserve the right to assess a possible impairment of the product if the returned goods should be taken into use. The warranty is no longer applicable for wear or improper maintenance.
Room 58 helps you through the unfortunate situation and we will of course do our best to help you. Therefore we ask you to be patient so we can find an optimal solution for everyone.
Should the warranty on the product expire or if the accident is self-incident you are always welcome to contact us. We will always find a good solution with the lowest cost.
Our prices
All prices on Room58.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25 percent VAT and for online commerce, excess transaction fees are not the PBS prescribed fees. It is not possible to execute a trade without accepting the terms of trade conditions.
We encourage you to review the terms and familiarize yourself with the applicable obligations and rights.
You have the option to review your order and your information before accepting your purchase. Payment takes place at the given credit card or bank transfer.
We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice.
